Whether it be buying or selling, here are 5 things I don’t give a rip about as your Real Estate Agent in Grande Prairie!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="block-p"&gt;#5 - How messy your house is for a listing appointment! Honestly, I’m more interested in the overall condition, the bones of the home, the location, the amount of bedrooms, bathrooms and the floor plan..to name a few. It’s great if you are looking to get your place listed more urgently (less work to prep for getting it listed).. but spotless 🧹🧽🫧 is not a pre-requisite for me!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="block-p"&gt;#4 - How often or “late in the day” you text me! When you partner with me, you get just that..a partner. From start to finish, clear, concise and urgent communication is key to me successfully bringing you through the buying and selling process.
